OTRRH REDUX: My Wild Love/Changing, Arranging

Some of the newer listeners may not know this, but not long ago this show was about purely vintage music.  Although I gravitated towards psych and garage, no genre was off limits but the song had to be recorded between 1960-1979.  At the end of last summer I decided to incorporate more modern tunes and draw more comparisons between old and new, and it’s been great so far.

I really loved that hour-long history lesson every Wednesday night, though.  So while I’m still out on the road here are the final two episodes from the original iteration of Old Time Religion Radio Hour, mashed together into a 120 minute aural time machine.  All vintage tunes, some classic and most not so widely known.  For me, it was a transition.  For you it’s a flashback.
